  Note that the deadline of August 30th is absolutely hard.    Our intend is to submit the costs by that date so that we don't experiment further delays with payments.   Also because we have to open a new amendment of the contract that should be closed by end of September targeted to the inclusion of additional new beneficiaries.

  Those who don't submit the info on time will have to wait until end of Y3 (i.e., currently planned end of the project).
