[Fiware-wpl] Pending points for today's call

Dear all,

We agreed to send the remaining topics via e-mail. Fortunately, the
update we need to send is very brief.

*  FI-LAB
There is good news that came up after the call. Red.es have informed us
that the new servers could possibly be added to the main block as extra
capacity.  They have found a way to do it that, if proven suitable, will
save us the trouble of installing a second OpenStack instance and all
the additional management overhead. Fingers crossed.

* JIRA
- We have instantiated a tracker per GE. It will be activated this week.
- We have set up the fields of the ticket and also the customised
workflow. We will send details later in the week
- JIRA will be publicly visible
- It will allow anonymous posting
- We will have a limited number of user (one per GE + a very limited
number of user per WP). This stems from the fact that you pay per number
of users.

* Backlog
- Reviews done and distributed. Progress in Data & Security
- Other chapters seem not to put any effort here (no work for 2 months now!)
- Manuel will send an email informing of the change of sprint and will
also send up to date progress reports

I think that these are the more important topics from today's call that
were pending.
