Hi Juanjo, Miguel, all, We have seen the initial draft for the review agenda in the google docs. With having the next telco only on Wednesday, then only 2 work days will be left left prior to the review meeting (Mo/Tu Rehearsal, Wed review). Do you see possibility to somehow start discussing it a bit more per mail prior to the now Wednesday meeting: We here have already glanced into the agenda draft and tried to figure out a bit what might need to be done WP partners w.r.t. these new agenda slots proposed in the draft. But we do not have a really good clue how WP partners input/results are planned to be factored into these agenda items (as planned, the WP structure was broken up...). We can only use this week to prepare input needed from WP's partners for the new slots in the agenda. For example, the 1 hour slots "FI-LAB" and "Catalogue" might need to be pepped up with partner's current state data or with some success stories or whatever, but this needs preparation... So my question: Can we already agree on "homework" for the partners (in the WPs) what they need to prepare as input/material so that it can be put into the slots? Then they could collect this data already and do not need to do it on Thursday/Friday, and so we could parallelize some work here.
