dear juanjo,

i do agree with thorsten.
this can be done by simply showing the excel file with usage from the
current uc (easy and effective) and on that you can say many things.
i'd suggest also a slide on the stockholm example.

agree with pascal we should have meetings with xifi much earlier and
also in the goal os that slide clarify that the open innovation lab is
an already realiable and existing infrastructure!

we should also provide a tutorial (june ?) about the tracker (i think
a slide with a picture of it is necessary just to show how it looks
like and that this will be their main communication tool with us and
the whole ppp about technology issues.

i do not think the "deplyment trials" slide time schedule is feasable
prior to discuss this f2f with the commission. phase 3 projects are
expected to start in april 2014 and they need available the uc
platform up and running.
