[Fiware-wpl] Backlog : Progress Reports available

Dear Partners,

Let me share with you the progress report.
It has a focus on time, so it has the burn down and flow diagrams, and the backlog is split on future, current sprint and release, and past releases.
In order to help managing the backlogs, it's been also split at Enabler level so that each enabler owner can focus on his own backlog's dashboard.

Right now, the views show there's little sprint planning and inconsistencies of the backlog are also visible.
Obviously, you as WP Leaders will have a better understanding of each enabler's evolution.

As commented in last weekly meeting we'll have a bilateral monthly meeting to review its status; this meeting will take place just after the sprint planning.

Obviously I'm available for clarifications.
