[Fiware-wpl] Part B of form to be delivered to the EC elaborating on FI-WARE achievements available for comments

Hi,

   I have completed a first draft of part B of the form to be delivere
to the EC elaborating on FI-WARE achievements.

   Please provide your comments before tomorrow noon.   Please place
them under the sections we have created "Comments by <person>" and don't
edit the existing draft (unless to fix a typo).

   Don't hesitate to involve members of your chapters if you find it
suitable.

   I will resume editing of the rest of sections in the form later this
evening.   It would be nice if someone volunteers to provide some input
there.   Filling the form was not a task just for Telefonica to
complete.   It should be considered a cooperative effort !!!
