[Fiware-wpl] REHEARSAL - proposal on fade-out slide for our chapter presentations

I like the idea of keeping the last slide positive.
But I also think that we need to elaborate on risks/issues/etc, of two 
kinds: those that we experienced & addressed in the past, and those that 
we are facing now or expect to face in the near future (and probably have 
some ideas how to address).
My suggestion is to merge them into "achievements" and "roadmap" slides, 
as follows. Start with 1-2 slides providing broader summary of the last 6 
months (including addressed issues etc), and then 1 slides summarizing 
focus areas for the upcoming 6 months (again, not just features to be 
developed). If we make these slides more inclusive, and make sure we also 
cover there some issues/risks (in both parts), we can drop the "analysis 
and conclusions" slide altogether. This way the two parts are more 
self-contained, and we don't need to repeat things.

Dear colleagues,
we took another step back and tried to compile a new template for the 
?last? slide of each of the chapters.
 
The initial proposal touched on ?Highs? and ?lows? ? especially if this is 
the last ?standing? slide drawing the attention towards ?lows? and 
discussing ?counter measures? might not be the message that we would like 
to convey, do we?
 
Our proposal is to rephrase the notion of the slide like the following ? 
focusing on
 
1. Highlights (capturing like the ?highs? below basically the summary of 
the things the reviewers saw before)
2. Roadmap & activities (capturing things like UC2 engagements, webinars, 
OIL and other things that are forward looking and with a positive 
connotation)
 
Nevertheless, we in WP3 are currently of course preparing the slide in the 
form discussed/agreed upon  yesterday in the Telco besides this idea 
discussion, so that we have it ready as requested.
