Hi all, I now had a look into this XLS template, it has improved since the last version very much (thanks go to Manuel from me). One Idea: Can't we have two XLS report versions: - one with our internal/ongoing working version with this layout - a second projection that goes to EC with some extra explanation added to it and some details left out ? > I'm using this snapshot for the corresponding backlog deliverable to the EC. However, next time we'll use the one resulting from closing the release 3.2. The current Layout has improved (see above) in my opinion, thx, and I recommend the following improvements on the report layout: I propose the following missing features to be included: 1. one "comment part" in the top for each GE where GE owner can write some own text to explain things he deems important.... Numbers alone ..... Choose another color code (no RED for minor stuff): In my opinion, so much red for minor inconsistencies etc. is highly unfortunate: The EC-facing report one does not need to have the "red" colour code which seems a bit bad since the marked "errors" are mostly minor more than major. For example, our SAP Repository GE is well on track, stuff scheduled etc. But in the report, RED marking indicate that "something is deadly wrong", here the bug was "We have scheduled work (good) but only have forgotten to set state to "scheduled". I consider this very very minor...needed, but minor (only state play) since the real important part is done: We have planned our work thoroughly. I think that might be the case for some more GE's. --> A reviewer can get quickly a very bad impression on GE's if he scans only quickly - and they surely will spend only seconds until the stop at ... red entries.... --> Therefore I propose that we should change these suggestions from "RED" to "light green / blue or whatever better". --> Can be done within seconds and is potentially a big win for GE owners. 2. I propose to suppress _all_ internal flags ("GE = Repository, GE Impl = Default Impl: Status = Waiting GE = Repository, GE Impl = None: Status = Waiting") in the EC-facing report: My reasoning for this, here along the example of the strictly-internal "Status" flagging: a. The flag was meant (at least from me) to signal during WPL/Manuel Telcos what not to discuss again and again for some reasons, not to report to EC that a GE that reports work is deemed as "waiting." b. This flag will raise questions, I guess. Either we do not explain it to EC in a legend (bad) or we explain it (even worse). Therefore I propose to delete this one and for our internal reasons add a new one "skip in WPL/Manuel telcos" or so,. The current way is a bit misfortunate at least for me. Please, find below the corresponding dashboards. Most chapters (Apps, Cloud, Data, I2nd) had good reaction. Congratulations!! IoT and Security had much less items scheduled. I need to understand the reasons preventing better cooperation. I'm using this snapshot for the corresponding backlog deliverable to the EC. However, next time we'll use the one resulting from closing the release 3.2. Now it comes the time to focus on the scheduled work and to progress it. I'll be sharing updated dashboards on days: 14, 21 and 28 (reminding to close the sprint). We need to keep working on the hot topics. Thanks again for the good work!!
