[Fiware-wpl] testbed planned usage - phase two projects & counting of "functionalities" in the totals & how to handle this for the other chapters

Dear colleagues,

there were some mismatches and not counted lines in the "Testbed planned usage" matrix we all use

I tried to fix it - but actually with the last "fix" I don't know how to proceed.



Cloud chapter introduced "functionalities" and not GEs in line 9-15





The question is now: should we count their "D"/"U"/"E" in the totals or not?



Currently they are NOT counted (btw I had to fix for some of the sums the uniformity - e.g. that the sum reaches the cell down below like 95 and not stops prior to WP13):







So my question is: do we count the "functionalities" as "GE"-ratings or not?

Second question: what would happen if any of the other chapters introduced these kind of functionalities? Where to layout them?

I know that at least in one chapter we would have the requirement to introduce this as well.
