Regarding the number crunching here again the opinion from the APPS chapter: I think it's not right to count for APPS as it is currently done: ECE has left the project, they cannot improve and they are not part of the FI-WARE Apps any more, but there noncompliance to regulations that were defined after they left a year ago is counted. Numbers from ECE can be reported but not as part of Apps...at least not in the statistics at least. There is no good rationale to measure work of teams who have not worked according to the guidelines of today... I think it's fair to reduce our counting by the Ericsson numbers - they are irrelevant (Not only with respect to the bottle of wine...). Can we do this?
