[Fiware-wpl] M36/M41 GEis for reviews

Dear all,

Let me quickly summarise how the reviews will be prioritised.

  *   Rule 1.- The GEis of those leaving on M36 will be reviewed first.
  *   Rule 2.- If a given GEi has R3.2 and R3.3 manuals, I will just review the R3.3 ones

The GEi that will leave are marked in grey in the GE spreadsheet. All my reviews will pivot on this sheet:
