[Fiware-wpl] Release 3 - Public folders for deliverables

Dear Miguel,
     the D9.3.3 is ready to be delivered to the EC but it seems that the 
folder, into
the public Docs of the forge (into "FI-WARE deliverables"), is missing.

Following the same pattern adopted for "Release 1" and "Release 2",
can I create the folders "Release 3" and Tools (inside Release 3) and upload
there our deliverables?
