Subject: CEBIT 2014 Planning

Dear Juanjo,

Can we please proceed with CEBIT planning this week, since hotels need to be booked etc. We have briefly talked about CEBIT in WPL/WPA Meeting, that we would need to start planning now...

Maybe we can do this per mail exchanges in order to  be able to do it this week and bring planning to a state where we decide who attends / what is done there?
I understand that 1 full day Fi-PPP together with others is planned and that details need to be decided. Do you have an idea , who from the consortium will attend and what we will do there?
