[Fiware-wpl] Aplying criteria on finishing cooperation (II) - request for feedback.

Dear WP Leaders,

Yesterday I had feedback from Markus (thanks!) and so we amended a couple of entries.

As a result I've consolidated the spreadsheet and made evident the mapping to Juanjo's categories on Criteria 2-Open Source sheet.
I've also include a distinction on GEI's finishing on R3.3 adding an asterisk for those which cannot develop new features, but devote effort to packaging and open-soucification.

While I approach some specific partners to fix some existing unknowns, I'd appreciate receiving your feedback. I mean, do you find anything wrong there? Or not matching your knowledge or input? - at least for your own entity/company.
