Miguel, you're right, your proposal is very tight, and I would say, from WP6 still unrealistic, given that there are three new GEs and there are another three GE owners in the Campus Party until halfway next week.
Last week we hadn't even started to work on it (the first planned delivery date was March 14th), and today we're asking for contributions by next Monday (including my review as WPL).
Therefore, unless I'm overlooking an important constraint, I would suggest to put off the whole schedule at least by one week.

I was  asking SAP's opinion as you were the only ones in this situation in the call and it would easier for you to put yourself in the shoes of the others.  Maybe this work for SAP but if I send this to the consortium I am afraid  that it will not work.  I'd wish they could work! We cannot expect that we will get all the changes, plus the docx plus a first review in one week. Unfortunately I am positive that keeping the 3rd of February will result in most partners not reaching the deadline. Let us go for something still tight but a bit more realistic.

My proposal (overall not very radical, it ends just 4 days later) is:

           3/Feb/2014  - First draft of contributions by chapter ready for peer review

                        - edition in PRIVATE WIKI

                        - WPL to generate word doc for review

           4/Feb/2014 - .docx first version of chapter ready

           7/Feb/2014  - Comments on first draft (.docx with traced changes)

            13/Feb/2014 - .docx second version of chapters ready for the review of the coordinator

            From 13 to 21, interactions with the coordinator to refine the docs.

            21/Feb/2014 - Final .docx version ready for delivery + delivery to the EC
         28/Feb/2014 - Public wiki updated 100% with new architecture & Open Specs conten

I marked the dates which needed changes from our side in yellow. The other dates in our opinion do not need changes as anyhow the start review is shortened only by 2 days (as "only" a limited number of partner changes need to be considered, this shouldn't be a problem).
