The answer is No this is not the correct way. First we have to keep the features alive because it is not because the PO told us to stop that there are not defined and typically if a Use Case project requests one of them urgently you could develop them. Second, without any clear statement from the PO till the review report, we can just inform the community of user that maybe some features will not be developed during the project lifetime.

This is why Miguel propose the new sentence based on Pascal requirement.

Dear Miguel and All,

to avoid mismatches among chapters, in the I2ND tech roadmap I removed the Features planned for Release 3.3 concerning those GEis whose sw developments have been stopped by P.O.. Is this the proper way to manage such situation?

We discussed a couple of WLP calls ago to insert a common sentence in those Features which will not be developed in R3.3 (although this isn't available yet), but as far as I remember it was not decided whether to leave those Features in the Tech Roadmap or remove them.

What's your suggestion?

Dear all,

As you may be aware, the latest issue of the roadmap reflected in the DoW is about to be delivered to the EC. This is basically the information under:

  *   http://wiki.fi-ware.eu/FI-WARE_Technical_Roadmap
Please make sure that the roadmap of your GEs is properly updated and avoid any ugly details (broken links, for instance).

We will take a snapshot on Wednesday at 3pm and will deliver it to the EC.
