[Fiware-wpl] Open Specs Generation - fixed non-working links

Dear WP Leaders,

Let me inform you that the issue related to non-working links in the Open Specs generated document has been fixed. Therefore, from now on when you generate docs with content from the private wiki, its links will be mapped to point to public pages.

Its associated risk is the deliverable's link will work properly when the wiki content is made public.

Thanks to SAP for allowing TID to modify the code in the generation tool!!
