[Fiware-wpl] FI-WARE: Effort planning for the extension time of the project & current effort of M37 & M38

Dear all, this e-mail is to inform you that I’m currently asking you in other particularized e-mail for your effort until M38, June 2014.


1.       Partners who have stopped contributing on M36 (April), are being asked for their consolidated costs during the third period.

2.       Partners who are still contributing until M41 (September), are being asked for their consolidated effort until M38 (June), (If you have not sent your planning until M41, I’m asking for it again)

3.       New partners joined from amendment 6, are being asked in the same way as previous point #2.

Dear all, I forgot to tell you that the planning of the new partners that joined recently from amendment 6 is linear from their starting date until M41.
If any partner wants to change it, please send us a proposal.

Dear all,

As you know, we have to explain the effort planning of the Project in the periodic report.

The planning effort from M1 to M36 of the project was stated at the beginning of the project (you can read it in the previous periodic reports).

Now, for the extra time of the project (amendment 6), we have to know your planning effort from M37 to M41.

Please I kindly ask you to fill in the attached spreadsheet with your planning (white cells).
Please, send it to me by the end of June.
