Dear all,

We need to close this. and the reason why I do not make too much progress is that I waste massive amounts of time with unreliable reports.  I still get reports from the WPLs saying , "this is ok now" and then after checking I see that the comments are blatantly ignored. When a WPL sends a positive report it means that he personally checked it and supports the contribution.

I am changing my policy. As soon as I detect this in one single GE reported as "ok" in a given WP, I go no further and skip to the next WP. I already did it in one WP today.
