[Fiware-wpl] Packages template

dear sergio,

these are exactly the aspects i thougth to be in the "Package deployment"
page which will replace the "createing instance" page.

perhaps i was not very much clear in the doc, but this was exactly what i
do expect to have there.

thank you for your contribution.

later this evening i'll create a new version to be circulated with all the
thougths you guys are riseng today!
