[Fiware-wpl] Review preparation - Additional actions

There is a holiday in Israel on Wed and Thu next week.. If my presence is 
mandatory, maybe we can also consider Tuesday?

Since Miguel is not available due to personal condition, I have to step in 
to complete the actions to prepare FIWARE Review meeting. 
 
Step 1- On Monday 20th the management meeting will be mostly devoted to 
prepare the following topics:
a-      Agenda
b-      Responsibilities
c-       Templates
d-      Other topics
 
Step 2 ? Hold first rehearsal on remote by Wednesday or Thursday
a-      This is necessary because April, 27 is NOT going to be enough for 
you all to get aligned with all contents and formats. Moreover some of you 
might arrive during the morning, which in practical term will leave you 
just the afternoon. 
b-      The idea is to spend a complete day in two sessions
c-       Please, set your preference for the On-line rehearsal at the

If there were any objection or you want to propose another alternatives, 
you?re welcome, please don?t wait for long before doing it.

Dear all,

It is time to close the arrangements. Cut to the chase ... 

1) April, 27 - we expect you at 9 at Telefónica's. We need to rehearse and 
we have a single day. Yes, I do not like travelling on Sundays either... 
but such is life! Arian wanted to start on a Tuesday.

2) April, 28, 29. The review itself

I've prepared a preliminary agenda for discussion here. It does not intend 
to be the final one, it will simply facilitate a more effective 
discussion. Note that it is strongly biased towards the slots that Arian 
suggested.

Out of experience, I suspect that we will not end at 4pm the last day...

3) A preliminary rehearsal session will take place next week, we'll try to 
find a suitable time. As the one day rehearsal seems clearly insufficient 
we need to do work beforehand.
