[Fiware] Agile Dynamic : Closing Release 4.1 and Sprint 4.1.3

Dear Partners,

Given we are approaching end-of-year holidays, I'm sending this email a bit earlier to clarify doubts.

Activities to close release 4.1 and sprint 4.1.3

1.       Close backlog features finished during release 4.1 and stories, bugs and work items finished during sprint 4.1.3.

2.       Closing meeting: please, follow the same dynamic as last time without me

3.       Retrospective: each Chapter leader provides a summary retrospective taken from the comments provided by their GEI owers - remember two focuses: 1) what went well 2) what to improve (please, don't do it jumping according to the topic - first, set your mind in positive mode and try to identify topics, aspects, ...; second, set your mind in negative mode and try to identify topics, aspects...to improve;

4.       Effective tracker close - to be done by Manuel

5.       Release demo meeting - to be decided by email
