[Fiware] Closing costs related to travel of SW FIWARE special edition events

Dear all,

  Still estimations about travel expenses in the shared google spreadsheet at:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1B1MgeqYN69h7pTCjyZ4NVNcMgI5xBiGu5LIpzKet_q0/edit?usp=sharing

... are incomplete !!.   Among other things:

  *   Some people do not declare how many people have attended (Hamburg and Milan) or plan to attend as speakers during the Bootcamp AND coaches during the Startup Weekend parts of each event.
  *   Some people do not provide their estimation on travel expenses in the defined roles for that purpose.

  I will close the spreadsheet for editing at 12:00pm and any costs that is not captured is not granted to be funded.

  Sorry, but we cannot stay for ever with a so simple exercise.
