[Fiware] Collaborative framework for the work of the consortium

Dear all,

This is just to give a very quick update. We are silently exploring
collaborative tools to see the framework that we can adopt for our joint
work. As you may be aware, Bitergium is the company that maintained the
forge in the previous project as contractors and they are a full members
of the consortium in the continuation project that has just started.
They are specifically in charge of this tasks and have been onto it for
weeks now.

Of course, we intend to have mediawiki, mailing lists, some sort of
documentation repository and integrate with  single sing mechanisms as
much as we can. JIRA will be kept in all scenarios. The idea is to come
up with a plan very soon as this is part of the glue that we need to
put  the contributions of all the WPs together.
