[Fiware] Tools to generate deliverables

Dear all,

In yesterday's coordination call we were made aware that the tools we use to generate deliverables need some sort of clarification. Apparently people tend to forget what to use in each case and where to find the instructions of use of each tool. We have created a very simple and straight to the point table with the description of the three tools we use for R4. This is linked from the wiki homepage<http://wiki.fiware.org> and this is the direct link:

Our new partners from ULPGC (Universidad de las Palmas de Gran Canaria) have told us that the 3rd tool (md2pdf) will be released tomorrow, incorporating the latests changes we requested from the coordination.
