[Fiware] Travel log - penalties may apply

Dear all,

I know that so many reports and so much paperwork is irritating (no ones knows better than me!) but this is part of our duties whether we like it or not. We have repeatedly asked people to send us their dissemination travel report that we consolidate here:

The link is not editable(just for the people in charge).

The idea is that you send any updates to fiware-travelreport at lists.fiware.org<mailto:fiware-travelreport at lists.fiware.org> remembering to use the attached template. I enclose a related message.

This is for events where you have actively participated (giving a talk, representing FIWARE in a round table, providing assistance in a hackathon...), not just sitting in a chair being passively part of the audience. Collaboration meetings (collaboration means in this context having contacts with groups outside FIWARE, for instance use cases, accelerators... ) are also acceptable.

For instance, the cloud, iot, security, etc. groups having internal coordination meetings would not go here. On the contrary, giving a talk in a Campus party or whatever event would definitely fit here.

Many did this work and we appreciate it. However, I see that Orange, Consoft, Thales, Cyber, ZHAW, DFKI, etc.  .... did not send us any which means that, as anticipated by Malena weeks ago,  they may face rejections of all the costs associated to dissemination travels if they report any in NEF later. If they were interested in claiming any costs, they would duly report them.
