[Fiware] [URGENT] FI-Core Yearly Report for internal review (deadline: 28/Dec EOB)

Dear all,

As you know, the review is ongoing since the 10th of December and will finish on the 15th of January. We need to urgently deliver a draft version of the report to the EC. We will send an intermediate version to the EC with the parts that are complete (the most significant ones, actually) to ease their work.

In a few days' time, we will submit a second one that will be complete.  Of course, this one will be circulated  for comments prior to delivery too.

I am attaching what we have to send in case  you have comments or things to add/amend. The vast majority of the text has been on the google docs accessible to you all for months so nothing should come as a surprise now.

Deadline for comments: 28/Dec/2015 EOB (it will be sent to the EC shortly after).

Caveats:

  *   The coordinator will perform an assessment (technical and financial) and we may send individual comments to partners in private
  *   We did not have time to read all, we may change "formal" things. If there are more serious comments we will contact you.
  *   The dates on the deliverables table are not definite , as we expect to deliver a few things more before  submitting the report
  *   If you take my advice, go to the parts in red in the report per task/partner. I still see a few who do not look good ("the partner failed to..."). If you miss anything, send us a private e-mail

Needless to say, this is confidential and cannot be distributed outside the consortium
