[Fiware] Karma update (and private access)

Dear all,

This is a quick update on the karma for everyone's knowledge. IoT and WebUI continue going down while cloud gets close to a bad situation. Apps and Data continue strong.

We intend to make the link private and the chapter leaders are collecting the google users authorised to access this resource. Those members of FIWARE really interested can send them to the chapter leader (not to the coordination) and he will concentrate this input for us.
