[Fiware] Karma update

Just to send a quick update on the karma status.

Please note that this is for the leaders/architects (not the GE owners in the chapter). A given GE owner may be doing great and the chapter has a low score. Both things are decoupled to some extent.

WebUi is recovering from a bad start but they are doing well lately. The others are basically aligned with my personal impression.

Still very few data/interactions to qualify as significant but we start to see things. See the details in the above link.
