[Fiware] FIWARE Academy - LDAP integration

Dear all,
  *the FIWARE Academy is now accessible again.*

As introduced in the mail before now the login is based on the FIWARE LDAP
(the same used by the forge).
Most "Authors/Course Creator" can keep using the same username as far as it
was already the same used in the forge ... the others (15 users) should
know they are in this case and have to use their forge account.

In any case, at the first login, you have to complete your own profile
information by entering few required fields: First name, City/town, Country

If you experience any issue, please, let us know using the list:
*fiware-elearning at lists.fi-ware.org <fiware-elearning at lists.fi-ware.org>*

As before, use the same list to request the "Authors/Course Creator" role,
after you logged in the first time.

>From this update "Authors/Course Creator" will be able to create courses in
all the the categories but they can edit/update only those courses they
have created.
As Course Creator you can add other registered users as Contributors to
your courses.
