Dear Partners, Sprint 5.1.1 was closed last Saturday evening. During the sprint we closed 365 items, which means 70% targets approximately. The process is almost finished. Our average moved from 5.3 to 7.4 days. [cid:image010.jpg at 01D11614.B03F4AF0] The coaches contributed with 46 issues in their help desk.
