[Fiware] Agile: Sprint 5.1.1 Planning is over - outcome

The period to plan Sprint 5.1.1 has finished.

We have scheduled 453 issues.

Please, bear in mind the strategic target is on increasing Enabler's quality.
Therefore fixing bugs and prompt reaction to incoming issues to the help desk are priority.

On this regard, let me inform all enablers have their corresponding help desk page available:

Please, pay attention to issues' priority when a coach or manager sets up blocker priority. It's important to react to it quickly.
