[Fiware] Google Analytics for readthedocs

Dear Friends,

In order to improve our data on the popularity of FIWARE and its GEs, We are going to use Google Analytics over the readthedocs documentation portal of each GEri. Our colleagues of ULPGC have prepared this guide on how to do so.  It documents the procedures to be followed:

For R5 delivery it is mandatory to add Google Analytics support to the readthedocs site of each GEri.

We have updated the R5 Guidelines document accordingly (new section 5.4)
