This is just to communicate that  we've just submitted the 2nd amendment 
of the contract.

I've temporarily left a copy of the documents downloaded from NEF plus 
our Effort Sheet in a zip file here:

Needless to say, this is confidential and cannot be circulated outside 
FI-Core.

We are fully aware of the situation of financial strain in certain 
partners and are in close contact with the EC; they are trying to 
collaborate and speed things up. Once this is is signed we will do our 
utmost to speed up the transfers here in Telefonica.
