[Fiware] Update of list fiware-ge-owners at lists.fiware.org

Dear all,

Once the "old" project (FI-WARE) has finished I have decided to update it to use it with the "new" GE owners. I have included all the GE owners in the "new" project (FI-Core), discontinued or not, because there are still ongoing deliverables, running instances on the Lab that we maintain, etc.

In summary, the people here are the ones who you were appointed by you as GE owners:

I remind you that any changes in the owner should be immediately communicated to me by the GE partner and/or the chapter leader.  I use this google doc as the only reference for the relations with the GEs.
