[Fiware] Martel joining FI-Core

Dear all,

Create-Net is proposing to transfer part of their budget to a new
partner that would contribute effort basically to FIWARE Lab (WP22).
This partner would be MARTEL, that is already a partner in the PPP
Programme. The team joining Fi-Core would be led by an old friend of
FIWARE's, Federico Facca. We do not see any problems in accepting this
request and incorporating Martel in the forthcoming amendment 2.

One of the formal requirements to incorporate a new partner in the
consortium is to ask for objections to the consortium members and this
is what I am doing now. In the absence of objections by Friday, we will
assume that
this is accepted by all the partners.
