[Fiware] TSC candidacy as WebUI chapter architect

Good morning,

I would hereby like to apply as TSC member in the role of Chapter 
Architect of the WebUI chapter.  I have been part of the WebUI chapter 
for several years now, and have been contributing to WebUI as owner of 
several GE. Since FI-CORE,  I am in the position of the WebUI architect, 
and monitor the agile process within the chapter,  and help coordinate 
the interests of the different WebUI partners.

I would like to continue working in this role also in the future.
