dear jose manuel,

first of all let me thank you for the great work you are doing!

about pascal, my humble opinion is that as well as we allow cac di sign the
coc till the very end of the poll in order to vote, the same we should
allow for the candidates.

of course if at the end of the poll pascal will result not to have signed
the coc, although sebastien did anticipate he will this monday, he will not
be elected.
