[Fiware] Migration of LDAP server

Dear all,

Tomorrow we will be migrating to a new LDAP server. You can expect a 
downtime of our tools connected to the LDAP while this happens. This may 
impact the forge (including the wiki), catalogue, jira, ask.fiware.org, 
backlog, etc. that may be unavailable in this time slot.

  * *Date*: Tomorrow (25/Nov/2016)
  * *Start Time*: 10:00 am
  * *Duration*: 1,5 h

Unless something unexpected happens, all will be available and fully 
working before 11:30
