Dear all,

I am glad to inform you that we had a call with the EC yesterday and
they expressed no concerns with the changes of the deliverables in
amendment 2. This means that we can safely start working with the new
dates. Just a quick recap of places where you can see the delivery
deadlines for the EC, deliverable status and where to access the documents.

  * _*Delivery Timeline*_: this is a global view where you have the
deliverables of ALL the project(from M1 to M28)
      o Located on
        https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1IK04LaNl5fGgyEZHs2scAMF3QoEQK-lPVqImaXRBKJQ/
o Tab "*Submitted Deliverables*": list of all delivered docs and
links to the forge to download them
      o Tab "*Deliverable Timeline(Current - Amendmt 2)*": this is a
visual depiction of the deliverables and dates, with colour
        codes representing the status
o Tab "*R5 Dashboard*", this a more detailed view of the wave of
deliverables focusing on what we have from September till the
end of the project. We are using it for follow-up and
        coordination in coming months.
o We also have tabs with old timelines (those of the original DoW
        and amendment 1)
  * _*Backlog*_: the backlog site provides a project wide view of the
project status from an agile perspective. All is expressed in terms
of tickets and the deliverables have their own dashboard here.
o The "delivery desk" is here:
        http://backlog.fiware.org/delivery/dashboard
o Each deliverable has a ticket for the lead editor (he/she has to
edit and deliver to the coordinator)
o Each deliverable has a ticket for the coordination (he/she has
        to deliver to the EC)
  * _*Document repository on the forge*_: this is the place where we
actually store the documents. The deliverables are located here:
      o Forge (http://forge.fiware.org) -> Project FIWARE
        (https://forge.fiware.org/projects/fiware/) -> Docs -> Folder
        "FIWARE Deliverables"

We will ensure that all three repositories are reasonably consistent at
all times.

When you look for a deliverable, take into account that we normally
store the source files (usually, word) and also the pdf files that we
deliver. The source files are normally password protected on the forge
(you need to log on the forge to access them)

As usual, *these links are FI-Core confidential *and cannot be
distributed outside the consortium.

Best regards,

Miguel
