Dear Partners, Please, find below the output from Sprint 6.3.1 corresponding to April 2017. I made more precise filter in case of HELP DESK activity, it is the reason why the number are a little different from the one that I provide today morning. Basically, I get the number of created issues and closes issues in the interval of the sprint. From the created ones, I get the percentage of resolved (e.g. 10 tickets 52,63%) and then I add the different of resolved tickets closed during the sprint (e.g. in that case it was 17 which means that 7 tickets were created in previous sprint(s)).
