[Fiware] Mistakes in dissemination sheet

Dear all,

I see an obvious mistake in some entries of the "dissemination" 
sheet(_*A2*_) :

  * https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jsmCK98Gi6ONQDzIAG9n-60APDQJXODMMBrVAmUtXF0/edit#gid=684445695

"Title" refers to the title of the *_specific _*dissemination action. 
Example: "FIWARE Developers Week Brussels" is *_not _*a valid one. This 
is for concrete actions (you gave a talk? you gave a tutorial? - specify 
it then)

  * "FIWARE Developers Week Brussels" - WRONG
  * "Tutorial on Policy Manager at FIWARE Developers Week Brussels" - OK

Please note that I will feel free to delete all entries that are 
unspecific.
