[Fiware] Second Year Report of FI-Core (to be delivered next week to the EC)

Dear all,

We are happy to announce that we finally have a version of the 2nd 
periodic report to deliver.

I am aware of a pending update of table 3.6 (not a dramatic increment) 
and also a small open issue with Uniroma but all is minor and it does 
not block your check. As the hard deadline for delivery to the EC is 
very close, I need comments (if any) by Feb, 27. I assume that I will 
get nothing or very little, this has been open for ages now!

So, in summary:

  * Deadline for comments: _*Feb, 27 (Monday)*_
  * As usual: this is *_CONFIDENTIAL_*, you cannot forward it to people
    outside FI-Core
