February 2017.
Summary:
-TECH – 100 tickets (46,30 %) -> low performance
-LAB – 97tickets (72,93 %) -> good performance
-HELP DESK – 56 tickets (53,85 %) -> low performance
oTECH – 36 tickets (49,32 %) -> low performance
oLAB – 20 tickets (64,52 %)

Total = 253 tickets
