Summary: - TECH – *80 tickets (28,23 %)* - LAB – *48 tickets (44,83 %)* - HELP DESK – 38 tickets o TECH – 31 tickets (93,99 %) o LAB – *7 tickets (46,66 %)* Total = 166 tickets I want to give you specific details per each chapter in order that you can have a clear overview of the technical activities on them (without scrum management tickets). - Apps Chapter, 8 tickets - Cloud Chapter, 1 ticket - Data Chapter, 0 tickets - I2ND Chapter, 0 tickets - IoT Chapter, 2 tickets - Security Chapter, 2 tickets - WebUI Chapter, 0 tickets - Ops Chapter, 14 tickets - Lab Chapter, 18 tickets - Technical Coordination, 3 tickets - Coordination, 3 tickets The summarize is that except Ops, Apps and Lab, there is almost no activity in the rest of the chapters. It is clearly a very important issue and I want to identify the reason of it in order to discuss in the next TSC meetings. Could you provide me detailed information about these results in order that we can analyze them and take the corresponding actions to resolve it ASAP.
