[Fiware] Status of exploitable results for the Final Report

Dear all,

I was putting together the inputs for the FI-Core Final Report 
(requested in the enclosed message) and I was surprised to see a few 
things under "/B2 - Exploitable foreground/":

  * Many GE owners do not consider their GEris as "exploitable results".
    It must be an oversight. You are actually informing the EC that your
    work in the GEri is not exploitable, which is most puzzling.
  * Each entry under "/B2 - Exploitable foreground/" in
    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jsmCK98Gi6ONQDzIAG9n-60APDQJXODMMBrVAmUtXF0/edit#gid=221309521
    should have an entry under
    https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XaEy8MoQx4PXk2c39aSc5-V7QGu-45zLFfnvgzAdKEY
    This is not happening in some cases.
  * Conversely, each entry in
    https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XaEy8MoQx4PXk2c39aSc5-V7QGu-45zLFfnvgzAdKEY
    should have a matching one on "/B2 - Exploitable foreground/"
  * Ensure that you do not leave gaps. All fields are mandatory.

Note that *_this is about the old project, FI-Core, closed in Dec/2016_* 
(_*not*_ FI-NEXT). I am about to close this and I need a prompt 
reaction. I was closing this 1 month after the deadline. I will soon 
have to do so, and _I will feel free to delete any mismatching entries_.

*_The end of the week is a hard deadline._*

Please be extra careful no to delete info from other partners when you 
edit the doc.
