[Fleetops4eu] Unfortunately, the FleetOps4EU proposal will not be summited this time

Hi everyone,

It is a bit sad and disappointing to announce that, unfortunately, the time
has come to *STOP/discontinue FleetOps4EU activities* *which were targeting
the 16th of November as a deadline for submission*. The final decision is
to look for a new funding opportunity that will allow us to present this
proposal in the near future.

We have been meeting each of the ultimatums over the last few weeks with a
more than questionable quality, when not completely missed. As a
consortium, we have not worked according to the proposed plan and
methodology. We have to improve the performance and increase the agility of
our collaboration in order to develop the proposal successfully next time.

In any case, I thank you very much for your efforts and confirm that
Fraunhofer IML and the FIWARE Foundation will continue to work on the
development of this idea to ensure its maturity when the next opportunity
arises. Of course, we welcome all those who are still interested in
contributing to the FleetOps4EU initiative.
