[IndustryOps] Cascade funding conceptual scheme and call to action to other partners by FundingBox

Dear consortium partners,

I believe that, to draft some of the contributions needed, some clear
visualisation of the cascade funding approach was needed, so, while
pounding the Annex I, which will be the legal and detail explanation of the
FSTP, please pay attention to:

1) The 'Applicants Journey' as depicted in the attached figure, also copied
in the Excellence Part, methodology

It is a work-in-progress, see the red elements, but not only: the left side
(support to use cases) is for you, FF/Tech partners/PEDAL to assess, adjust

just in cas4e the figure itself is useful as starting point, I I send it as
editable figure; if you prefer to transfer the approach to a different
figure you like best, fine by me. Just validate any version with us at
Fundingbox, to make sure that the OC part of it is OK.

2) The content we have included in the methodology

the subsection APPLICANT’s JOURNEY: ACTIVATION, SELECTION AND SUPPORT OF

3) The content we have included in WP3 in implementation

For us is very critical that you read this carefully and state your role in
these tasks, as we will elaborate some reocmmendations on efforts from
other partners needed in WP3 to make sure that all partners have the
adequate dedication to these Open call and selection of beneficiaries tasks
which are often unknown to you, so difficult to assess.In particular, I
stress four elements (specific comments added to the document):

   - Jury Days: Online or on site?
   - Partners belonging to the Selection Committee (endorsing the selection
   of beneficiaries and participating in Milestone Reviews to agree on
   payments)
   - Partners collaborating in help Desk (i.e. answering technical
   questions from potential applicants while drafting their applications)
   - Specific participation in dissemination activities of the open calls,
   such as organising InfoDay.

I believe this covers all the To Dos (Other than Part A related ones) we
had been assigned by 9th November and hope this will allow you a all to
understand better the ToDos you may have that needed this info to be done.
