Annex I revised on the fly in a call with @Francisco Meléndez
<francisco.melendez at fiware.org>

   - Francisco, aspects that require you to take a second loo to align wit
   Section 1 and techcical vision, a comment addressed to you included.
   - Francisco, the only parte that is NOT complete, thus preventing this
   from being just cleaned (yellow ou) and added to a submission on Monday  is
   the part called "(c). Activities that qualify for financial support, on the
   basis of a closed list". @Clara Pezuela <clara.pezuela at fiware.org> FYI
