[I4trust-mentors] IMP: Sync on Mentoring

Hi Mentors,

To further align amongst mentors, firstly we are doing following


   1. Weekly meetings on Thursday - The regular meetings we have on
   Thursdays for i4Trust Framework, will be split into 2 parts where, 1st part
   of the meeting will be to synchronise between mentors and 2nd part will be
   to continue on the i4Trust framework. Juanjo will send invite to all the
   mentors
   2. We are preparing a Guide for Mentors

   which you can use as a reference on topics that we have discussed. I would
   suggest you to add your contributions to the guide in suggestion mode

Further, today we did discuss and align on a few points that I would like
to share with you all. Please refer to the notes from the minutes

under
the section "Alignment regarding mentoring of experiments".
